Which tasks fall into the Comms Bucket?

Our Commsgrads are only permitted to work on tasks that fall under the ‘communications bucket’ of tasks. That means, only relevant tasks to their learning, i.e no customer service management.

So, which tasks fall into the Comms bucket? Below is a general list of tasks that our Commsgrads can help you with, but is not limited to this list:

  • Drafting and curating content for blogs, EDMs, social media, and more

  • Research for marketing or communications activity

  • Copywriting and proofreading

  • Drafting press releases and media alerts

  • Creating visual assets for digital communication in Canva

  • Finding media contacts and creating media contact lists

  • Digital event support

  • Brainstorming PR ideas

  • Website and digital marketing tasks

If you’re unsure about any tasks you want your Commsgrad to work on, feel free to send us an email at: commsgrad@gmail.com

Remember 🚧

Commsgrads are under no circumstances permitted to reach out to media on behalf of your business. They can help with PR activity but are not allowed to contact media. This is to protect both your business and the Commsgrad in the case that something goes wrong. This is best left to people with experience. If you would like us to refer you to someone, reach out and we will gladly help.
