Bango Group Pty Ltd T/A Commsgrad (“www.commsgrad.com”) websites (collectively, the “Website”), all other products and services, including mobile applications, owned, controlled or offered by Bango Group Pty Ltd T/A Commsgrad, and all content offered as part thereof, are collectively referred to herein as the “Services.” Your use of the services constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to all of the terms and conditions in the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. The Terms of Service govern your use of the Services and are a condition to your use of the Services. If you object to anything in these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy, you are not permitted to use the Services.
BEFORE USING ANY SERVICES, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF SERVICE.
By accessing, browsing and/or using the services and website, you agree that you are solely responsible for any services you may choose to use. Under no circumstances will Bango Group Pty Ltd T/A Commsgrad be liable for any loss or damage caused by your reliance on any Services.
Commsgrad Service Agreement.
Bango Group Pty Ltd T/A Commsgrad provides work experience opportunities to Commsgrads on behalf of the host or Client. Commsgrads provide service directly to hosts on their behalf. Bango Group Pty Ltd T/A Commsgrad provides support and development training to Commsgrads. Bango Group Pty Ltd T/A Commsgrad does not employ Commsgrads directly.
Purpose, structure and scope of the service.
Bango Group Pty Ltd T/A Commsgrad will provide work experience opportunities for digital communications internships for hosts.

Commsgrad Responsibilities.
In conducting this engagement, information acquired by both Bango Group Pty Ltd T/A Commsgrad and Commsgrad interns during the course of the engagement is subject to strict confidentiality requirements. That information will not be disclosed by us to other parties except as required or allowed for by law, or with your express written consent.
The Services are not an employment service and Bango Group Pty Ltd T/A Commsgrad does not serve as an employer of any Commsgrad intern. As such, Bango Group Pty Ltd T/A Commsgrad will not be liable for any tax or withholding, including but not limited to unemployment insurance, employer’s liability, Superannuation or payroll withholding tax in connection with your use of the Services.
If Commsgrads are unable to complete an internship please notify commsgrad@gmail.com and it will be reassigned to another Commsgrad to complete. Commsgrads are required to give an explanation within the week as to why they are unable to complete the internship. If they fail to do so, they will be deregistered from the platform.
Host Responsibilities.
In conducting this engagement, information acquired by both Bango Group Pty Ltd T/A Commsgrad and Commsgrad interns during the course of the engagement is subject to strict confidentiality requirements. That information will not be disclosed by us to other parties except as required or allowed for by law.
Hosts waive any damages for Commsgrad interns executing work on their behalf. The host is responsible for the reliability, accuracy, and completeness of the particulars and information provided and the disclosure of all material and relevant information.
Commsgrads are not permitted to contact media on behalf of the host during the internship. In placing a Commsgrad booking, the host waives the right to any damages caused.
Bookings.
Once the host has registered for a Commsgrad annual membership, they will be assigned an intern who is next on the list. Hosts cannot select what Commsgrad they would like to book.
Hosts cannot change which Commsgrad they are working with unless otherwise approved by Commsgrad management.
Hosts and Commsgrads can raise issues with Commsgrad management by emailing commsgrad@gmail.com, the Commsgrad management team will resolve the matter within seven business days from the date the issue is raised via email.
If a Commsgrad fails to show up to their internship and are unresponsive to emails, Commsgrad’s management team will contact their emergency contact to ensure their wellness.
Commsgrads do not have authority to enter into written or oral — whether implied or express — contracts on behalf of Bango Group Pty Ltd T/A Commsgrad. Bango Group Pty Ltd T/A Commsgrad will not provide any equipment, labour or materials needed for internships.

Bango Group Pty Ltd T/A Commsgrad is committed to providing meaningful work experience opportunities and this policy outlines our ongoing obligations to you in respect of how we manage your Personal Information.
We have adopted the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the Privacy Act). The APPs govern how we collect, use, disclose, store, secure and dispose of your Personal Information.

What is Personal Information and why do we collect it?

You further acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms, conditions, consents and disclosures outlined in the terms of service, the privacy policy, the applicable guidelines set forth on the website, and the applicable end user license agreement (if any) for any mobile apps you download. If you do not agree to the terms of service, the privacy policy, then please cease using the platform and services immediately.
